Did finding your real birth time change anything?

A lot of us grew up with a birth time that was rounded to the nearest half hour, or remembered by a relative.

If you later found the hospital record or a more exact time: what changed in your chart? A different rising sign? A pattern that appeared or went away? Did the new chart feel more like you, or less?
